Climate Change and Local Impacts-Synergy between Adaptation and Renewable Energy Development for Nepal

This paper has been designed to provide basic overview on climate change issues and associated impacts. It has also tried to link role of renewable energy for building resilience capacity of the vulnerable areas and populations.
