The project components are a) Development of flood forecasting and warning system for Nepal b) Increase national capacity to provide flood and climate information regarding past and current flood, climate, observable trends, and future climate change. c) Enhance the capacity to translate flood and climate information into impacts outlook and response options. d) Demonstration of flood and climate information applications in Bagmati basin.
